After the successful launch of our series of free webinars, we are happy to announce our third webinar session. It will take place next Monday, 1st July at 12:00 pm CEST (Brussels). We will host a presentation by María Jaén, European Hydrogen Research Leader at EPRI Europe. She will help us understand the potential of hydrogen valleys for decarbonisation. Hydrogen valleys, hubs, and clusters are an effective strategy to accelerate the commercialisation and scale-up of clean hydrogen ecosystems that connect hydrogen production and end-use opportunities. During this session, we will discuss the different approaches, lessons learned, and implementation strategies of hydrogen valleys in Europe – as well as a comparison to the current ecosystem in the United States.
Our project coordinator, Pau Farràs, inaugurated our webinars series earlier this year. He explored the opportunities in impure water electrolysis, a technology that will play a crucial role in addressing the water scarcity issue, offering a promising avenue for producing green hydrogen in a more sustainable way. Farràs was followed by our researcher Suhas Nuggehalli Sampathkumar, from EPFL, Switzerland. He helped us understand a recently published paper that studies simulated membrane electrode assemblies (MEA) to enhance the efficiency of water electrolysis. Did you miss these sessions?
