Who’s who in the ANEMEL team

ANEMEL brings together a team of experts with a broad range of backgrounds. Altogether, our consortium will leverage its expertise to develop an electrolyser powered by green energy sources and based on non-critical raw materials.

Researchers, start-ups, companies, and representatives from the European Commission have gathered at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) in Tarragona to discuss the future of green hydrogen as a sustainable solution to decarbonise our economy.

“Hydrogen Horizons” is a new in-person workshop focused on research, innovation, and policymaking in the field of renewable hydrogen. The event will take place in Tarragona, Spain, on October 4th and 5th, 2023.

Join our in-person workshop on sustainable sourcing of seawater

ANEMEL is co-organising an in-person workshop to discuss the importance of sustainable sourcing of water in the generation of green hydrogen, as well as the production of clean chemicals, renewable fuels, minerals, and more. The event will take place at the premises of DG RTD in Brussels, on 8 and 9 June 2023.

Hydrogen to reinvent and repower the European energy landscape

Last week, an event in Brussels marked the signature of a new agreement to boost the hydrogen economy in Europe. EU Commissioner Mariya Gabriel committed to accelerating joint actions in the development, demonstration and deployment of Hydrogen Valleys, therefore contributing to key principles of the European Green Deal, the roadmap towards a climate-neutral continent.
